  • Appliance supplies and wastes connected and tested

Exclusions and specialist requirements

Moving a sink a significant distance affects the waste pipe's route and fall, and sometimes the drainage outside — we assess this at quotation and can provide drainage design input where the changes are substantial. Gas hob and cooker connections must be carried out by a Gas Safe registered engineer, which we arrange.

Frequently asked questions

Can the sink move to a kitchen island?
Yes — it needs the supply and waste routed under the floor to the island, which we plan as part of the kitchen project.
Do you connect gas cookers?
Gas connections must be made by a Gas Safe registered engineer — we arrange one as part of the project rather than doing gas work ourselves.
Can you fit a boiling water tap?
Yes — we install boiling water and filtered water taps, including the under-sink unit and any filtration.
