What can affect the quotation

  • The bathroom's approximate size and existing layout
  • Whether the layout is changing
  • The suite and tiles you have chosen, or whether you would like advice
  • Whether the property has one bathroom — we will plan to keep facilities available

Materials and finish options

  • Suites, showers and brassware from your chosen supplier
  • Waterproof tanking systems for wet areas
  • Wall and floor tiling, including stone and porcelain
  • Extractor fans and ventilation upgrades

Exclusions and specialist requirements

Electrical work in bathrooms is strictly regulated and must be carried out by an appropriately qualified and registered electrician, which we arrange. Moving a WC significantly can affect the soil pipe and drainage — we assess this at quotation stage and can provide drainage design input where needed. Ventilation is important: bathrooms without adequate extraction develop condensation problems.

Frequently asked questions

How long does a bathroom refit take?
A typical full refurbishment takes two to three weeks. We agree the programme before starting and keep you informed throughout.
Can you convert a bathroom into a shower room?
Yes — replacing a bath with a walk-in or level-access shower is a common refurbishment, and we handle the plumbing, tanking and tiling involved.
Do you supply the bathroom suite?
Most customers choose their own suite and tiles; we are happy to advise on suitability and can supply through trade accounts if you prefer.
